Youth Help Center (Survey/Petition)

What do you guys think of this??

Proposal for Malaysian government from youths:

Negotiate with the government to supply a building for a youth help center where we will provide aid (help them stop smoking, drugs, alcohol, help with teenage pregnancies, etc.), education, shelter, friendship, and provide a variety of programmes (i.e, youth entrepreneur programme, sports programme, etc.) to the youths that come to us..

Adults and fellow youths can volunteer to provide the above..
